information about health and nutrition. The bulk of the
site is made up of the online versions of IFIC pamphlets. The
pamphlets are organized according to audience
(parents, educators, consumers, etc.) and cover such subjects as
caffeine, food coloring, biotechnology, pregnancy, hyperactivity,
and aspartame.
