Weight Management Program.
Phase 2 : Managing Your Weight.
This phase is designed to help avoid "plateauing" in order that you may continue your
quest for ideal body weight. This phase is one week in duration following Phase 1. As with Phase 1, meals should be consumed approximately
four hours apart. It is recommended you complement your diet with a good vitamin supplement
such as Lifecycles®. And remember: Don't skip meals or snack between meals !
Phase 2 - Meal Layout
Breakfast
- 1 Lifestyles Cookie or Cake or Dream Bar
- 2 8-oz. ( 240 ml ) glasses of water
- 1 fresh orange or small grapefruit
- 1 cup of coffee or tea
- 1 Lifecycles® Vitamin & Mineral Tablet
Lunch
Mid Day Energy Meal
- 1 fruit or 1/2 cup of fresh fruit
- 2 8-oz. ( 240 ml ) glasses of water
Dinner

- 6 oz. ( 168 grams ) of protein
- 1 cup rice or small potato
- 1 cup ( 240 ml ) vegetable fresh or steamed
- 1 cup second vegetable or mixed green salad with 2 tbsp. low cal dressing
- 1 glass skim milk
- 1 Lifecycles® Fruit & Vegetable Capsule
