  • Prunes, 2
  • Raisins, 2 Tbsp.
  • Vegetables:

    A 1 cup serving of vegetables is approximately 35 calories / 147 kilojoules. Fresh, steamed or raw is best. Frozen is acceptable.

    Carbohydrates:

  • Bread - 1 slice
  • Potato - 1 small
  • Rice - 1/2 cup
  • Beverages:

  • Filtered Tap Water
  • Distilled Water
  • Bottled Water
  • Tap Water
  • Herbal Teas
  • Vegetable Juice
  • Skim Milk
  • Fruit Juice
  • Decaffeinated Coffee or Tea


  • TO BE AVOIDED !!

    • Alcohol
    • Milk ( other than Skim or low fat )
    • Nuts
    • Very "oily" fish such as Pompano or Mackerel. If you eat Tuna or Salmon - buy them packed in water ( not oil ).
