A 1 cup serving of vegetables is approximately 35 calories / 147 kilojoules. Fresh, steamed or raw is best. Frozen is acceptable.

Filtered Tap Water
Distilled Water

Skim Milk

- Nuts
- Very "oily" fish such as Pompano or Mackerel. If you eat Tuna or Salmon - buy them packed in water ( not oil ).
