Determining Your Ideal Weight
Use the tables below to determine the correct weight for your
height. To determine
whether you are small, medium or large framed, just measure
your wrist... using the
instructions below.
Small, Medium or Large Framed ?
For Women:
- If your wrist measures 5" to 5 1/2" or 125 to 138 mm around, you are small framed.
- If your wrist measures 5 1/2" to 6" or 138 to 150 mm around, you are medium framed.
- If your wrist measures 6" to 6 1/2" or 150 to 163 mm around, you are large framed.
For Men:
- If your wrist measures 6 1/2" to 7" or 163 to 175 mm around, you are small framed.
- If your wrist measures 7" to 7 1/2" or 175 to 188 mm around, you are medium framed.
- If your wrist measures 7 1/2" to 8" or 188 to 200 mm around, you are large framed.
