Weight Management Program
Phase 1 : A New Beginning
Specially designed to provide you with all the nutrients your body requires while at the same
time reducing calories, Phase 1 allows for four satisfying meals a day. This phase is to be scheduled for a two week period. To maximize the effectiveness
of this important beginning Phase, meals should be consumed approximately four hours apart. It is
recommended you complement your diet with a good vitamin / mineral / herbal food supplement such
as LifeCycles®. Don't skip meals or snack between meals!
Phase 1 Meal Layout
Breakfast
- 1 Lifestyles® Cookie or Cake or Dream Bar
- 2 8-oz. ( 240 ml ) glasses of water
- 1 fresh orange or small grapefruit
- 1 cup of coffee or tea
- 1 Lifecycles® Fruit & Vegetable Capsule
Lunch
Mid Day Energy Meal
Dinner
