Phase 2 : Managing Your Weight.

This phase is designed to help avoid "plateauing" in order that you may continue your quest for ideal body weight. This phase is one week in duration following Phase 1. As with Phase 1, meals should be consumed approximately four hours apart. It is recommended you complement your diet with a good vitamin supplement such as Lifecycles®. And remember: Don't skip meals or snack between meals ! ( Well - if you do - Please eat a Lifestyles®, Low - Fat, High - Fiber Cookie or Cake!)
