Phase 3 : Ideal Weight


Phase III is a maintenance plan that is extremely flexible; however, for maximum success, continue to avoid unscheduled snacks and skipping meals. If you are already at your Ideal Weight when you start on our Weight Management Program, then move immediately to this Phase. Use Phases I and II as needed to make adjustments to your weight. It is recommended you complement your diet with a good Vitamin Supplement such as Lifecycles®. And remember: Don't skip meals or snack between meals ! (Well, if you do grab a Lifestyles® Cookie or Cake !)
